Escape Room and Arcade Cancellation Policy

A deposit of $4.99 per person is required at the time of booking. The remaining amount is due in full on your arrival.

If any booked stations are not cancelled 4 hours before their scheduled time and go unused, you will be charged $15 per hour for each vacant station. This is an extra charge on top of the deposit. 

A full refund will be issued for all reservations cancelled at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of a scheduled booking.

Users who cancel their reservation between forty-eight (48) hours and four (4) hours in advance of a scheduled booking will be entitled to a full refund as a store credit (can only be used towards future bookings).

Users who cancel their reservation less than four (4) hours in advance of a scheduled booking will forfeit all fees paid and shall not be entitled to a refund.

If you reschedule your reservation to a later time, you will only be entitled to a store credit in case of cancellation or amendment to the rescheduled reservation

If one or more players cancel, they will fall under the same cancellation policy as outlined above.
